UK SHIPPING

All products ship anywhere in the United Kingdom via UK Mail Royal Mail.  Overnight delivery is available for an additional fee, please contact us for a shipping upgrade.  Local pickup (in Oxford) is also available.

RETURNS

Undamaged items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, less  shipping cost.  A refund will be issued when the package has arrived back to us.  There are no refunds on sale items.  All refund must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your piece arrives damaged it will be replaced or refunded.  Please take a photo of the damaged item and contact us within 14 days.  No refunds will be given after 14 days of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available on request.  Please contact us to arrange a quote.  Please note that the buyer is responsible for all customs charges.
