I've been learning how to throw bigger pots, and I

I've been learning how to throw bigger pots, and I am quite pleased with how this moon jar came out. In the end it measures 22cm tall (about 9 inches). During the process the clay shrinks at each stage, so it was much larger when I threw it. The biggest one in the series exploded in the kiln, unfortunately. I glazed this little pot as a test before scaling

I glazed this little pot as a test before scaling up... next week I am going to start glazing my big pots and I am a bit nervous, but I think it'll look great. I might add a bit of oxide for subtle colour. The big pots are going to be part of a series for @oxfordshireartweeks at @makespaceoxford in May.
